Sierra Mountain Lodge - Vacation Rentals - Yosemite

We stayed in the Rose room for our trip and location near Yosemite in March/April. Online Check-In is a breeze and keycode for the door was nice( no key or keycard to lose) The room was comfortable and quiet. Nice for romantic getaway as well. The owners kept us up to date. The only cons were no dishwasher or stove. Besides that room had heat, A/C , free DVDs to watch. Shower had Shampoo/bodywash dispenser and disposable toothbrush in case you forgot them. Free coffee as well in the kitchen. Short trip to Yosemite south entrance. We would stay here again

Sierra Mountain Lodge is a truly beautiful place. Compared to what my partner and I found to be relatively sterile hotels or B&Bs in the area, the Lodge stands out for the care and thought put into every detail. We stayed one night before heading into Yosemite and another before heading home. The suites are spacious, well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s also plenty of outdoor space with designated grilling areas and a beautiful view. Customer service was outstanding. Brenda was always reachable and ready to help, which made everything seamless and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great space with beautiful views. There is also a trail into the woods if you are an explorer. They even provided torch and light for night explorers. Very thoughtful in service. Comfortable just like home. Loved the stay.

Cannot recommend enough. Have stayed here multiple times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Peaceful, not far from Oakhurst or Yosemite, helpful and friendly staff, and gorgeous rooms with every amenity you need

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Checking in was a breeze- an online process that emphasized my privacy. The room was beautiful, the scenery was gorgeous, but most of all the staff went above and beyond to support me when my car broke down on my road trip. I never expected the level of service I received from this family... such a drastic difference from a corporate hotel experience! If you're looking to stay in oakhurt area, look no further! This is the place for you.

Great place to stay for a Yosemite trip. It's about an hour and 20 minutes from the park. This place has a nice homie feel and cheaper than other hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future.

What a sweet spot! We were visiting a friend that happens to be the next door neighbor. It was in the midst of a heat wave, and we needed a last minute place with a swamp cooler or AC. It was a miracle we got a room for two nights. It was immaculate, cool when we entered, and the grounds are lovely. Self check-in was easy. We regret not spending more time there and look forward to returning. It will take the burden of hosting off our friend too!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! The location is amazing, secluded and quiet and the outdoor area is beautiful, it's just a 30-40 minute drive to the park, the rooms are ADORABLE it's like your own little apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), very clean, stocked with coffee, dishes/utensils and fridge, but above all I got the most superb customer service I've ever received in my life. My husband and I got married out there a couple weeks ago and my whole family stayed there and Brenda (host) and Val (cleaning/maintenance) went so above and beyond to accommodate us all, she made sure all of the rooms had everything that everyone needed, whenever we had any questions with planning the weekend beforehand we would call her and she was so incredibly helpful with EVERYTHING. She decorated our room adding some special touches for my husband and I. My wedding weekend/week was absolutely perfect and I truly have Brenda to thank for all of the advice and help she gave us while planning the weekend before we even got out there. Cannot say enough amazing things about her and this beautiful hidden gem!!!
